Brian Plath
FOUNDER • HIVE 309
Brian Plath created HIVE 309 to be a place of community & collaboration.
Before founding HIVE 309, Brian started Wayfinder to help organizations navigate their way to success. As an entrepreneur, he understands one of the biggest challenges small business owners or entrepreneurs face is sustaining the drive and motivation necessary to move forward and grow business.
Brian’s passion for developing others led him to co-chair the McLean County Chamber of Commerce Solopreneur Resource Group, where he’s seen the positive ways a group of entrepreneurs can impact and inspire each other. He created HIVE 309 to be the ecosystem for entrepreneurs and small business owners to find the resources, community and collaboration they need to build and expand their dreams.
